Cottage details
Living
In the upstairs living area, you can cook, eat and relax whilst enjoying wonderful views. Through the French windows at the side of the house, you can see down the creek to the Dart; through the three large windows at the front, you can gaze out over the mill pond and its abundant wildlife. With its wood-burning stove, and full central heating, the cottage is warm and welcoming at any time of year.
The house is well-equipped both for going out, with local maps and brochures, and for staying in, with television, dvd player, cd player, books, magazines and traditional board games.
Outside, there is a mini garden with seating overlooking the mill pond.
Sleeping
BEDROOM 1 is on the ground floor with views through two picture windows, one looking down the creek, the other across the mill pond. With superkingsize double bed (6’), which can convert to two full-size single beds (3’), plus ensuite bathroom with overbath shower
BEDROOM 2 is on the ground floor with views through the sliding sash window across the mill pond. With kingsize double bed (5’), plus ensuite shower room with walk-in shower
Parking
For the summer season, Tides Reach has one season ticket for the private car park on the quay nearby. Additional passes for the period of the let can be bought from the attendant. During the winter, there is free car parking on the quayside.
