Booking conditions
1 Tides Reach is let from 3.30 pm on the start date of the let to 10.30 am on the end date of the let. We ask you to leave promptly as we need to service the property for the next guests.
2 Reservations must be made on the booking form and accompanied by a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total letting fee.
3 We can accept payment by cheque, credit card or bank transfer. See Booking for details.
4 Confirmation of the booking will be sent by post as soon as payment has been cleared.
5 For bookings made more than 6 weeks before the start date of the let, the balance of the cost will be due 6 weeks before the start date.
6 For bookings made less than 6 weeks in advance of the start date of the let, the total amount of the let is payable on booking.
7 A refundable security deposit of £150 is payable at the same time as the balance of the cost. This refundable security deposit will be banked, then refunded to you within a week of the end of the booking, less the cost of any damage or loss to the contents or fittings.
8 In the event of a cancellation (which must be in writing) less than 6 weeks before the start date of the let, we will :
- refund the returnable security deposit
- waive the balance if we are able to re-let the property for the whole of the let.
9 No more than 4 people may stay at the property.We regret that no children under 12 or pets are allowed This is a no smoking property
10 Please leave the property tidy and clean so that there is sufficient time to prepare for the next guests.
